Questions
- Is everything really free right now?
- Yes. During the beta every feature — including all Pro features — is free for everyone. Paid plans start when the beta ends, and we'll announce it clearly beforehand.
- Do my files ever leave my browser?
- No, on any plan. Parsing, detection, and transformation run entirely in your browser tab. You can verify it yourself: open your browser's network tab while processing a file — there are zero requests.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancelling stops future charges and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. First Pro purchases have a 14-day no-questions refund.
- What counts as a file?
- Each file that successfully reaches the review step counts once. Failed uploads don't count, and the sample dataset never counts.
