Three exported safe copies — for example a support-ticket CSV at the start of the month, a survey export mid-month, and one ad-hoc file after that. Uploading, reviewing detections, and adjusting rules never count; a file counts only when you download its safe copy, and the sample dataset never counts. If your work continues from one file to the next, that is what Pro is for.
